P2: COJ- BASIC SERVICES
P2- Basic Services like water, power, rubbish-collection, roads and pavements make up the build blocks of any good urban community. These are critical to the very baseline well-being of any population. So APRA work together with the key City Departments, Depots & Depot Managers and our Ward Councillor (Bridget Steer) to improve the overall Basic Services from CoJ for Auckland Park. Our goal is firstly to hold all of these accountable to do their mandated jobs, then to collaborate with them in decency and gratitude as they do their work and finally to top-up and assist as, when and where we can to improve the net-outcomes of these important city services.
Below is an important list of key, City Departments and contact details where you can Log/Report your issues and then send in Escalation Format with Ref#s to Cllr Steer to be escalated further after SLA times with the various Departments.
